Cleveland Clinic

Earlier in the summer, Haley Rae discovered that she had an ulcer on her left eye due to extended contact wear.  She was treated for it with some medication and strict instructions not to wear contacts for 6 months or more.  She obeyed and quit wearing her contacts.  When we were in Illinois, she finished her medication but as soon as she did, her eye started hurting again and she got headaches.  Very concerned, we called the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio to see if we could get her in on Monday evening to see a doctor.  They said maybe.  So we drove as quickly as we could from Naperville, Illinois to Cleveland, Ohio in the hopes of getting her in.  We got to the massive Cleveland Clinic about 5:00pm but there was no Opthamologist available to see us.  I made an appointment for early the next morning.  We drove on a short way to Willoughby, Ohio where we found a Texas Roadhouse and ate a delicious dinner!  We stayed in Willoughby over night.
