This is our last day in Pennsylvania and so we are sad to leave Sterling and Sarah :(. Next time we see them though, they will be parents, and that makes us very happy! We packed up our things, hugged Sterling and Sarah good-bye and rode away from Narberth with the big, orange, empty trailer behind us. We wasted no time sight-seeing and drove directly to Gettysburg, PA. We visited the fabulous visitors center there which was dedicated to everything Civil War. We also went on a self-guided driving tour through the battlefields. I have to say, it was an incredible, solemn experience for us - almost spiritual. We all were really touched by what happened there.

After Gettysburg, we drove through Maryland and West Virginia to Roanoke, Virginia where we spent the night.
